The acreage will be offered in 14 tracts, ranging from three to 206 acres.
The land is located between Bruceville and Wheatland, near Vincennes. Schrader says the property includes grain storage for 70,000 bushels.
“These are some of the highest indexing soils in Knox County and will be of interest to area farmers, institutional or individual investors, or 1031 Exchange buyers,” said Brad Horrall, co-manager of the auction.
Schrader says bidders can make offers on any tract, or a combination of tracts, including the entire portfolio. The company says possession of the land will be available for the 2023 crop year.
The auction is set for Jan. 26. Click here to learn more about the land.
