Salin Bank has added Jon Marley, Matt Wright, Migual Patterson (pictured) and Mary Ann Waterman (pictured) to its agricultural lending department. Marley, community president for Kokomo, has served two years as community president for the bank. Wright, vice president and agricultural lender, previously worked at Rodkey New Holland. Patterson, vice president and agricultural lender, has served at BMO Harris Bank and First Merchants Bank. Waterman, commercial agricultural underwriter, previously worked for National City and PNC Bank.
