Also, John Zalud has been promoted to audit services partner. He joined the firm in 2002 and has extensive knowledge and experience in manufacturing, distribution and service companies, specifically in the consumer products industries. He works in the firm’s securities and exchange commission practice and is experienced with Initial Public Offerings and internal audit engagements. Zalud is experienced in financial report writing and reviews of budgets and projections, valuation matters related to intangible assets and equity-based compensation plans, coordination and performance of group audits involving foreign subsidiaries with foreign auditors, and handling audit and accounting matters specific to private equity-owned companies.

He is a Certified Public Accountant with a Master of Science degree from the University of Illinois-Chicago and Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois-Chicago.
