She previously served as a county commissioner, auditor and chief deputy in Putnam County. Alexander has more than 18 years of administrator experience. She brings direct previous experience in sales-project development, as well as design and construction phase services to public and private-sector clients. The firm also hired Gary Fisher as a senior project architect. His architectural design experience includes 15 justice and correctional facilities and six educational facilities across the state, including classrooms, offices, juvenile detention and shelter facilities, and renovations and expansions of existing cafeterias. In his new role, he will oversee architectural design, construction document preparation, construction phase services, and scheduling and coordinating with engineers. Fisher holds bachelor’s degrees in architecture and environmental design from the University of Kansas.
