Resultant Acquires Texas Data Analytics Firm

Indianapolis-based technology and data analytics consulting firm Resultant continues in expansion mode. The company announced Tuesday it has acquired Texas-based Teknion Data Solutions.
The deal closed in April. Resultant, formerly known as KSM Consulting, did not share financial terms of the purchase.
The company calls the acquisition significant as it allows the tech firm to expand the company’s national reach and customer service capabilities.
Resultant says the Texas firm has been in business for more than 20 years and works with clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, and logistics, among others.
Teknion, which is based in the Dallas-area, employs 60 workers. The purchase brings Resultants staffing to 450 workers.
Our partners at the Indianapolis Business Journal report this is Resultant’s fourth and largest acquisition in three years, following the acquisitions of Tempus Nova in 2021, Advocate Solutions in 2020, and Connect Think in 2019.
In May 2021, KSM Consultant announced it had rebranded and adopted the name Resultant.
