The report analyzed data on more than 100 metros and 45 states.
The website says RV travel has been thriving during the pandemic, and the trend is expected to continue.
According to the report, demand for RVs has been growing steadily for several years. One of the big factors behind this trend has been the U.S.’s growing number of retirees. As baby boomers age out of the workforce, many of them are taking to the road in RVs and campers to enjoy retirement.
With shipments for this year projected to exceed 500,000 vehicles, the report says the industry could reach an all-time high in sales in 2021.
