VonLehman CPA & Advisory Firm has acquired Indianapolis-based Sherck, Hussey, Johnson & McNaughton for an undisclosed amount. VonLehman says SHJM’s team of tax and audit professionals will bolster its core services within the Indianapolis market.

The firm says the acquisition also brings added value to its existing clients by way of resources and market knowledge.

VonLehman says its Indy office now employs more than 30 people, serving the construction, nonprofit, and professional services sectors, among others.
