Carrie Grogan and Matthew Rueff

She will partner with firm leaders and education committees to evaluate and determine learning needs and employ project management tools to implement learning and development initiatives. Grogan will also train and support development coaches to deliver effective mentorship and leadership; and align learning objectives with the development review process to equip talent for peak performance in their responsibilities. She previously served as assistant director of student leadership development at the The University of Chicago. Grogan also previously served as associate director of campus programs at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Matthew Rueff (pictured) has been named senior associate / economic specialist. He will provide real estate market research, project financial analysis, P3 deal structuring, and pre-development project coordination to our private and public sector development partners.
Kristen Ambrose has been added as principal / director of research and development. In this new role, she will advance evidence-based design excellence with an emphasis on occupant well-being and student success.
Thomas Cloud has been named principal. He joined the firm in 2003.
Andrea Haydon has been appointed design strategist. In this new role, she will leverage her graphic + service design background and public engagement experience to uncover powerful insights that shape end-user experiences and generate opportunities for design innovation.
Brock Roseberry has been named principal / partner. He joined the firm in 2000.
Also, Director of Interior Design Simeon Nabors has been named principal / partner. He joined RATIO in 2008.
