Purdue University Appoints Acting Dean

Lundstrom will serve in the position while Dean Mung Chiang serves a one-year appointment with the U.S. State Department. He has been a Purdue faculty member since 1980 and is the Don and Carol Scifres Distinguished Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and a member of the National Academy of Engineering. Lundstrom is also a life fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. He holds degrees from the University of Minnesota and Purdue University.
