Subscribe NowPurdue Foundry says a recently-formed partnership with Chicago-based investment firm Wasson Enterprise will help bring innovations to the marketplace. The organizations will work together to identify commercialization opportunities for technologies developed in the Purdue community.
Purdue says Wasson Enterprise will identify areas of interest and expertise, while Purdue Foundry will provide existing and emerging technologies. Wasson provides assistance to entrepreneurs with services including angel investing, marketing and consulting, among other areas of support.

"Purdue has a wealth of skills, tech and great people. We are ready to help turn dreams and ideas into sustainable business."
Greg Deason, senior vice president and director of innovation and entrepreneurship for Purdue Foundry, says Wasson has "incomparable competence" when it comes to the commercialization process. He says their involvement will be a great asset for entrepreneurs.
