Purdue University Fort Wayne will Thursday host its annual Mastodon Job and Internship Fair. The event will feature more than 130 companies looking to fill more than 4,000 positions.

The fair will take place from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the fieldhouse of the Gates Athletic Center on the Fort Wayne campus. The university says company representatives will be on hand to discuss full-time and part-time employment, as well as internship opportunities.

The event is free and open to students, alumni, and the general public. Purdue Fort Wayne says 550 job seekers attended the job fair last year.
