Vivera Senior Living of Columbus LLC is proposing a four-story, 141-unit facility on a property where the Bartholomew County Annex Building currently sits.
Filings with the city suggest construction is slated to begin in November and the facility could employ nearly 60 when it’s complete. Construction is expected to take more than a year. Developers are seeking a 10-year tax abatement.
