Construction crews have spent two and a half years building the venue.
The project was announced nearly three and a half years ago, but like many construction projects, work was delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The anticipation has been building as we’ve been focused on completing the interior features and finishes,” said Frank Freedman, Chief Operating Officer of Four Winds Casinos. “From the design, use of materials and attention to detail, Four Winds South Bend offers a premium feel you’ll find at top resorts.”
The hotel offers 317 guest rooms, including 83 suites, and a spa. It also has a 24,000-square-foot conference and event center with 16 meeting rooms and ballroom with seating for 800.
