Plainfield to Break Ground on $22M Complex

Town leaders and developers, Fishers-based Rebar Development and Carmel-based Hageman Group, will take part in the ceremony to officially start construction on The Barlow.
The Plainfield Town Council approved architectural plans last fall for the project which will create an iconic gateway to downtown Plainfield along Main Street.
The Barlow includes a four-story building with 116 apartment homes, 3,000 square feet. of commercial space, and a 154-space parking lot.
Council members said last fall the development is a “big first step” in what is a 20-year redevelopment plan for downtown Plainfield.
