Elkhart-based Patrick Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: PATK) has completed the acquisition of another Elkhart company. The $54 million deal for Arran Isle Inc. includes its subsidiary LaSalle Bristol. 

LaSalle Bristol supplies plumbing, lighting and building products to the manufactured housing, RV, and industrial sectors. It operates 11 distribution centers, a manufacturing facility and three combined facilities/distribution centers across the country.    

"The acquisition of LaSalle Bristol provides us with an excellent opportunity to further leverage both companies’ distribution capabilities and capacity, and increase our content per unit within the MH and RV markets. This acquisition is aligned with our strategic initiatives and capital allocation strategy and we look forward to partnering with the LaSalle Bristol team to increase our value proposition to our customers.", said Patrick Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Todd Cleveland.

This is the eighth acquisition for Patrick this year. Previous deals include Collins & Co., Indiana Marine Products, and Aluminum Metals Co. LLC.
