Pacers Sports & Entertainment has hired Tracy Ellis-Ward as its inaugural senior vice president for diversity, equity and inclusion. She most recently served as chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer and senior associate commissioner of the BIG EAST Conference. Ellis-Ward holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri, a master’s degree from Ohio University and is pursuing a doctorate from Gonzaga.
