The previously-announced $50 million project is set to be complete in 2017.
The property, which is currently a parking lot, is owned by the CIB. The five-story facility will also be home to a St. Vincent location offering health services open to the public, including heart and sports medicine care.
The Pacers say the 130,000 square-foot project will help the team stay competitive and St. Vincent says it will once again give the health care provider a visible presence downtown.
