Organizations Score Finish Line Foundation Support

Subscribe NowNearly two dozen nonprofits will receive grants from the Indianapolis-based Finish Line Youth Foundation Inc. The more than $180,000 will support organizations in 14 states with programs focusing on healthy lifestyles, youth development and special needs.
President Marty Posch says "through each grant request we fund, we have the opportunity to impact the lives of our children. Our grantee’s programs and initiatives make a difference in the communities they serve and we are proud to join them in that mission."
The recipients in Indiana are:
Nine 13 Inc. in Indianapolis – $40,000
Cancer Support Community in Indianapolis in $2,500
Catch the Stars Foundation in Indianapolis $5,000
Patachou Foundation in Indianapolis – $4,705
Playworks Education Energized in Indianapolis – $5,000

The foundation has also named three new board members: Finish Line Regional Vice President Heather Abidi, Finish Line and Finish Line Macy’s Senior Vice President and General Manager of Store Operations Al Goizueta and Running Specialty Group Chief Financial Officer Beau Swenson.
