Greenwood-based online glasses retailer One Click Ventures has been acquired by FGX International in Rhode Island. One Click says it will maintain its Indiana headquarters and continue to operate as a standalone business.

FGX International designs and markets non-prescription reading glasses, optical frames and sunglasses. It also has offices in New York City, Toronto, Vancouver, Milan, England, Mexico City, Singapore and China. The companies are not disclosing financial terms of the deal.

One Click co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Randy Stocklin will continue to lead the company. He says the deal "will allow us to accelerate the progress of our mission of building the world’s most people-focused eyewear company."

The companies say acquisition closed in the third quarter of this year.
