St. Vincent Evansville has had a relationship with OHA, since its founding in 1993. The clinical teams from both organizations have worked together to care for oncology and hematology patients in the region.
"Everyone at OHA partners with our patients as they go through one of the most difficult times in their life. Our goal is to always treat people as we would want to be treated,” said Edward Fox, president of OHA. “Both organizations share these same values and St. Vincent is committed to providing patients with the same high standard of practice. We are excited to continue our work together for the benefit of all those we serve."
The new partnership will take effect January 1 with signage on the OHA property officially changing shortly thereafter. St. Vincent says OHA patients will not experience any interference to their healthcare service.
