News Release
NOBLESVILLE, Ind. – The 92-room Courtyard Indianapolis Noblesville will officially open with a ribbon cutting ceremony featuring MHG Hotels management staff, Noblesville Mayor John Ditslear, the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce and Hamilton County Tourism.
Hamilton County hotel occupancy through October 2014 is 70.3 percent, with room demand up 8 percent for the year. The increase is driven by room demand from Grand Park, a robust business environment and strong leisure travel market. The addition of the Courtyard by Marriott in Noblesville brings the total room inventory for the county to 3,140.
The hotel features the Courtyard by Marriott brand's “Refreshing Business” lobby and room designs. An interactive, 55-inch LCD touch screen in the lobby will provide guests with access to flight information, directions to popular attractions and local events during their stay. The Courtyard Indianapolis Noblesville is the only hotel in Hamilton County with an underground parking garage.
