OCRA Adds Community Affairs Director

In this role, he will be responsible for the management, training and delivery of customer service, and supporting the marketing of programs to the key constituents served by OCRA, with the input of the project and program management staff. Additionally, this position oversees OCRA’s regional community liaison staff and provides ongoing training.
Previously, Elkins worked for the Dubois Pike Warrick Economic Opportunity Committee Inc., commonly referred to as TRI-CAP, for over a decade, most recently as housing services director.
