In March 2021, third-generation owner Zach Bradley purchased both companies, which have since operated out of the same facility. Bradley has operated as a family business since 1976.
The company will continue under the Bradley name with updated branding and a new website.
“Merging the two companies under one name was the logical next step,” Bradley said in a news release. “We all had similar backgrounds and experience, so it didn’t take long for the two teams to gel. Once we all felt like we were on the same team, it was the right time to make it official under the same name.”
The combined company has 18 employees with plans to add three to five employees per year until it reaches a desired scale, a spokesperson told Inside INdiana Business.
Bradley serves customers in northeast Indiana and southern Michigan with a broad range of doors and openers.
