Officials from Noblesville, Hamilton County and Indianapolis-based developer Cityscape Residential will break ground today on NEXUS.
The complex includes 287 apartments, co-working space for residents and other high-end amenities.
The project is being built on property that has been vacant since 2017. The city says the project helps advance its vision to provide more living space in the downtown area.
In October 2020, the Noblesville City Council gave unanimous approval to a zoning change to build the community.
