Noble Consulting Inc. has acquired the insurance regulatory practice of Johnson Lambert LLP. Headquartered in Vienna, Virginia, Johnson Lambert is a provider of audit, tax, and consulting services to the insurance industry.
Noble Consulting has a headcount of 60 employees, providing assistance, examinations and other services to insurance regulators. The company added eight new employees from the recent acquisition, who will retain their current roles and responsibilities.
“We’re thrilled to extend a warm welcome to eight exceptional team members from Johnson Lambert to
our growing Noble family,” Noble Consulting CEO Mike Dinius said in a news release. “Their strong reputation in serving insurance regulators make our combination a natural fit.”
Rick Nelson, who is a principal with Johnson Lambert and leader of its insurance regulatory practice, will become Noble Consulting’s vice president.
“Noble is highly regarded within the insurance regulatory community as a trusted advisor of the highest integrity,” Nelson said. “We’re excited to join forces with the Noble team and look forward to leveraging our complementary capabilities and resources in serving our clients with excellence.”
Noble Consulting acquired North Dakota-based Eide Bailly LLP’s insurance regulatory practice in January, adding 13 employees to its team.
