Merrillville-based NiSource Inc. (NYSE: NI) has named Kim Cuccia general counsel and corporate secretary. She has served in an interim role since late last year, following the departure of Anne-Marie D’Angelo, who joined Molson Coors Beverage Co. (NYSE: TAP).

Cuccia joined NiSource in November 2009 and has held roles of increasing responsibility in legal and business leadership.

Most recently she served as vice president and deputy general counsel of regulatory since 2020.

“Her knowledge of the business along with her demonstrated ability to thoughtfully navigate complex issues make her acutely qualified to lead the next chapter for our legal function.” said NiSource President and Chief Executive Officer Lloyd Yates.
