New York Insurance Firm Buys Benefits 7 in Vincennes

New York-based USI Insurance Services has acquired Vincennes-based employee benefits brokerage and advisory firm Benefits 7 Inc. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Benefits 7 Partner James Franklin says the partnership strengthens and expands the company’s services.
