Ryan Juday will lead as president of KZ Recreational Vehicles in Shipshewana, while Kyle Kwasny is assuming the president position at Heartland RV in Elkhart.
Additionally, Goshen-based Dutchmen RV — a division of Keystone RV — will be led by Keystone RV President Jeff Runnels.
The changes became effective Tuesday, according to a news release from the company.
“The depth and experience of the leadership teams across the Thor family of companies sets us apart from the rest of the RV industry and positions us to make essential moves when it’s in the best interest of the operating companies and their dealers to do so,” Thor CEO Bob Martin said. “Experience and fit within an organization are essential to long term success in our industry.”
Juday has been with Thor for 23 years, serving most recently as president of Heartland RV. Kwasny has been in the RV industry for 19 years, serving most recently as president of Dutchmen RV.
Martin praised the two leaders as data-driven relationship builders.
“Each one of our family of companies is at a different stage in their operational journey,” Martin said. “One of the strengths of Thor is our great team members and our ability to place the right talent in the right position, at the right time. Combined, these moves position our companies to excel into the future.”
Thor Industries has 16 North American manufactures among its family of companies.
