New COO Named at IU Health Bloomington Hospital

Biggs most recently served as vice president of EMCARE/EMVISION Physician Services and was also chief financial officer and chief Operating officer of Logansport Hospital from 1997-2010. He succeeds Brian Shockney, who now is IU Health’s South Central Region President.
Biggs will oversee all hospital operations and support regional initiatives along with planning the opening of the new hospital on the east side of Bloomington.

Biggs earned his bachelor’s at IU Bloomington and an MBA from IU Kokomo.
