Rachel Pemberton has served with Easterseals Arc in various roles for more than four years.
The organization says she became senior director of operations at Easterseals Passages following the merger of the two organizations in March.
“Rachel has done a tremendous job leading the team at Easterseals Passages,” said Donna Elbrecht, Easterseals Arc chief executive officer and president. “I was thrilled to be able to share this news at Spotlight on the Arts so that staff, consumers and their families could share the moment.”
The organization says Easterseals Passages has added behavior consulting services, expanded employment services, and increased the variety of social activities since the merger.
“I am really looking forward to our future and the endless possibilities of helping our participants reach their goals,” said Pemberton. “Easterseals Passages can help shape the future of quality services for people with disabilities in Whitley County for many years to come.”
