New Albany to cut ribbon on coworking space

Coworking space The Root will Tuesday celebrate the opening and $10,000 renovation of The Nest in downtown New Albany. Representatives from The Root and One Southern Indiana will mark the occasion with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
The Nest consists of two separate rooms equipped with recording capabilities and cross communication capabilities. The Root says The Nest will allow users to explore podcasting, photography, videography, music, animation, voice acting, and graphic design.
The Nest is available for rent every day from 6 p.m. to 12 p.m., and special hours can be requested. The ribbon cutting will start at 3:30 p.m.
The Root provides shared and private office space, as well as amenities such as 24-hour access, conference rooms, and event space.
