The $10 million facility in Mishawaka will employ about 100 people when fully operational, a spokesperson told Inside INdiana Business on Monday.
The location at 60171 Bodnar Boulevard will officially open its doors on June 1. The organization said the facility will offer detox and residential addiction treatment services for the greater South Bend and Mishawaka area.
“Avenues Recovery Center at South Bend will provide the cutting-edge clinical program, diverse range of therapy options, and family and community-based treatment model that is synonymous with Avenues,” the company said in a news release.
The company said it accepts most forms of Medicaid insurance in addition to commercial plans and private pay, and treatment is available to every individual regardless of financial status.
Avenues Recovery Center currently has facilities in Fort Wayne and Clarksville.
The opening of the new facility comes months after another facility, Praxis Landmark Recovery in Mishawaka, had its license revoked by the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction following the deaths of three individuals at the center.
