Indianapolis-based netlogx is growing its executive team with two newly-created positions. The consulting services firm has promoted Vicki Chabot to chief human resources officer and Stephanie Sponsel to chief operations officer.

Chabot has been with netlogx for nearly 10 years and most recently served as human resources director. Sponsel also joined the firm about 10 years ago and most recently served as operations director.

“These two women exemplify the ‘Diverse by Design’ culture we work so hard to cultivate at netlogx,” said Audrey Taylor, partner and chief executive officer at netlogx.” As our organization grows, so should our leadership and the expansion of Vicki and Stephanie’s roles enables us to further evolve our organization and provide new opportunities for netlogx.”

The firm says Chabot and Sponsel will report directly to Taylor.
