Munice car dealership acquired by Michigan company

New Hudson, Michigan-based Feldman Automotive Group has acquired another Michigan-based company, All American Chevrolet Cadillac, meaning the latter’s Muncie dealership is under new ownership.
Feldman said Monday that the Muncie location will keep its name and staff. All American has operated for nearly 20 years and is located off Interstate 69 at 6580 W. Hometown Blvd.
“It’s about choosing a new owner who will stay true to your values and the business you worked so hard to create,” Monte Perkins of All American said in a news release. “I have known Jay Feldman for a long time, and I am confident that Jay and his team will continue to foster these traits at All American Chevrolet Cadillac.”
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The dealership is one of 19 car and RV/Airstream locations Feldman Automotive owns in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. The company sells 14 car brands and 33 RV brands.
