Muncie Mall to Host Two-Day Job Fair

Organizers says a variety of employers from both the public and private sectors will be on hand to hire for immediate openings in a range of fields.
The fair will be held Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Muncie Mall center court.
“This job fair is aimed to connect Muncie’s talented workers with employers looking to hire, this is a critical part of our partners efforts to strengthen our economy and support the local work force, including our retailers here at Muncie Mall now that we have extended mall hours,” said General Manager Chataun Porch. “The Job Fair will bring together local businesses and our community skilled workforce to help businesses strive and positively impact Muncie’s economic vitality.”
The Eastern Indiana Works organization says it has services available online and on-site to assist job seekers with employment counseling, career assessments, and job searching, as well as other free services.
