The commercial real estate developer says the campus will eventually include eight Class A distribution buildings, totaling more than 3.5 million square feet.
The latest building will be 753,000-square-feet but can be expanded up to 1.1 million square feet.
“By expanding the park, we are also expanding economic opportunities to the local workforce,” said Ambrose Executive Vice President of Development Grant Goldman. “The area has experienced 40% growth over the past year, and we’ve seen tremendous demand for our commercial real estate properties in Mount Comfort. Our goal is to attract more manufacturing, logistics and e-commerce companies to the area that, in turn, provide high-quality jobs.”
Ambrose says the building is suited for distribution, light manufacturing, and assembly. Construction is expected to be complete by November.
