Our partners at the Daily Journal report the site, which was added to the development last April, allows Texas-based Mohr Development to build up to six buildings.
The real estate development company is investing $350 million to build the 475-acre industrial park. Plans include up to 10 warehouses ranging from 111,000 to 1.3 million square feet.
Despite the site being approved for six buildings, the publication cites online marketing materials that call for between three and five buildings. Mohr says the size of the buildings and the companies leasing them will depend on the market.
The publication reports the development could also include retail spaces and a town park, which Mohr says will not require any maintenance from the town.
As part of the town’s requirements, the development will also include a pond and berms of at least six feet high.
Mohr did not provide a timeline for construction for the new portion of the project.
