ModusLink PTS Inc. has announced plans to close a Bloomington operation. In a notice to the state, the company says the decision includes the elimination of 320 jobs. ModusLink PTS is part of Massachusetts-based ModusLink Global Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: MLNK).

It attributes the move to a loss of a “major customer.” ModusLink expects layoffs to begin at the end of April and take place over the following month.
