MISO’s Stephen Kozey to Retire

He leaves a nearly 19-year mark at MISO, retiring as the RTO’s sixth most-tenured employee.
In addition to corporate secretary, Kozey most recently served as chief compliance officer for the organization. Kozey previously served as chief legal officer until 2016, after founding the MISO Legal Department in 2000. Throughout his career, Kozey provided a guiding voice in electricity trading and marketing, state and federal electric utility rate and regulatory matters, mediation, as well as expertise in industry mergers and acquisitions and antitrust litigation.
