Employee Benefit Adviser magazine has named Mark Minner a "Rising Star in Advising." Minner is a managing director at FirstPerson. He is the only honoree from Indiana. The award program honors just 10 advisers age 35 and younger "who are making a difference in the employee benefit industry." He has worked at Indianapolis-based FirstPerson for four years. Minner is also the play-by-play announcer for Butler University basketball and football, and also calls NCAA games and championships for Turner Sports and Fox Sports.
