Schererville-headquartered Meyers Glaros Group and Highland-based Regnier Insurance Services have announced a merger. The companies are not disclosing financial details and say the deal is still being finalized. 

The companies say that they will be combining, and customers can expect the same service from the same agents they currently work with. 

“Our companies both provide employee benefit services as well as commercial and personal insurance services,” Jeff Meyers, president, said in a news release. “The merging of our two long-standing, family-owned businesses create a stronger company with more market access that will result in a better experience for all of our clients.”
