Methodist Hospitals Appoints Assistant VPs, Directors

Cook has more than 28 years of dedicated service to Methodist Hospitals, including serving as interim chief nursing officer. She received her nursing degree from Indiana University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University. Cook is National Board Certified as an Adult Health Clinical Nurse Specialist.
Turner most recently served as director of peri operative and surgical services. She has more than 25 years of experience and received her nursing degree at IUPUI and graduated as a member of Sigma Theta Tau. Turner obtained her MSN at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, with a focus in executive leadership.
Amy Grzyb has been appointed director of food and nutrition services. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from Benedictine University. Grzyb most recently served as director of food services at Mercy Hospital & Medical Center in Chicago.
Also, Kevin Parker has been appointed director of plant operations. He served in the United States Air Force and has served around the world overseeing facilities and plan operation activities for United States Air Force bases and hospitals. Parker previously served as Sodexo Magic’s executive director of facilities for Chicago Public Schools.
