Manufacturer Ramps Up Production of Oxygen Hoods

Subscribe NowFortville-based Genesis Plastics Welding Inc. says it is increasing the mass production of hyperbaric oxygen hoods to aid the fight against COVID-19. The company says its efforts will help free up ventilators for the most critically ill coronavirus patients.
The manufacturer says it is currently exploring additional production for several global medical device OEMs in order to meet the growing demand for oxygen hoods amid the coronavirus crisis. The company says it has contract manufactured oxygen hoods for 25 years.
The devices are designed to help patients recover from respiratory distress through pure oxygen therapy.
