The Carmel mansion of the late Mel Simon and his wife Bren is listed for sale for $25 million. The 51,000 square-foot home is located on 106 acres and has 36 rooms, 24 baths, guest house and a private 18 hole golf course. You can view the real estate listing of the Simon Mansion by clicking here.

Simon made his fortune co-founding Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group Inc. (NYSE: SPG) with his brother Herb.

Spring and fall property taxes on the home add up to more than $108,000.

Simon died at age 82 in 2009.
