Carmel-based Mainstreet has named Dr. Bill Thomas director of innovative health care. Thomas is an expert on aging and founder of The Eden Alternative, a nonprofit that works to improve elder care. Thomas is a Harvard University-trained geriatrician, Ashoka Fellow and winner of the Heinz Award for the Human Condition.
