Joe Loughrey has been elected chairman of Lumina Foundation’s board of directors. He will serve a three-year term. Loughrey joined the board in 2009. He succeeds James "Jim" Lintzenich, who also served a three year term as chairman and remains on the board. Loughrey is former president and vice chairman at Cummins.
