Luciano Elected to Lilly Board

(NYSE: LLY) has elected Juan Luciano as its newest member. Luciano, who is president and CEO of Chicago-based Archer Daniels Midland Company and a member of the ADM board of directors, will join the Lilly board on February 1.
Luciano came to ADM in 2011 as its executive vice president and chief operating officer. He was named president in February 2014 and became CEO this past January. Before joining ADM, Luciano spent 25 years at The Dow Chemical Company, serving as its executive vice president and president of the performance division.

"Juan brings to the Lilly board a global perspective and a proven track record of leading high-performance, results-focused organizations. Luciano is also a governor of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and the Midwest chair of the organization’s national trustees board.
