LRS Acquires South Bend’s Junoll Services

Subscribe NowIllinois-based LRS, a waste diversion, recycling and portable services provider, has acquired Junoll Services in South Bend, a provider of roll-off dumpsters and transfer station services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
LRS says the acquisition will provide expanded service offerings as part of an ongoing regional investment. Junoll serves residential and commercial customers in South Bend, Elkhart, and surrounding areas.

William Kyle, who founded Junoll in 2003, will continue to manage operations as an LRS territory leader.

Last year, LRS acquired portable restroom service providers Johnson Johns in Kingston, Indiana and Joy’s Johns in Michigan.
