Longtime Software Company CEO Stepping Down

As a subscriber you can listen to articles at work, in the car, or while you work out. Subscribe NowCarmel-based Software Engineering Professionals Chief Executive Officer Jeff Gilbert has announced retirement plans. President Raman Ohri will become CEO when Gilbert steps down at the end of March.
Gilbert and three others founded the software product design and development company in 1988 after graduating from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He has since transferred ownership of this company to its employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
Ohri has worked at SEP since 1993. He began as a software engineer and has held positions including project manager and vice president of engineering before becoming president.
