Co-founder and President Greg Humrichouser says the company has doubled in size over the past two years, and wanted to stay in Indianapolis "to attract and hire an energetic and diverse workforce." DCL’s current employees have moved from the original Stutz Building location to the new headquarters.
The company, founded in 2009, provides over the road transportation for expedited, small parcel and air freight as well as other loads. DCL says its network of carriers range from single owners to fleets of 50 trucks or more.
The Indiana Economic Development Corp. provided performance-based tax credit and training funding to support the new jobs and move to the Cosmopolitan on the Canal. The company says the new openings are in departments including operations, account management, information technology and business development.
